Proclamation under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970

This proclamation is administered in the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the proclamation)

(a) alters the class of certain reserved land from nature reserve to State reserve; and

(b) gives the following names to that reserved land:

(i) East Risdon State Reserve;

(ii) Lavinia State Reserve;

(iii) Lime Bay State Reserve;

(iv) Peter Murrell State Reserve;

(v) Three Hummock Island State Reserve.
