EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) prescribe offences under the Living Marine Resources Management Act 1995 and certain regulations and rules made under that Act as offences in respect of which infringement notices may be issued; and(b) prescribe penalties payable in respect of those offences on the issue of infringement notices; and(c) rescind the Fisheries (Infringement Notices) Regulations 2000 .
