Proclamation under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970

This proclamation is administered in the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the proclamation)

(a) alters the class of certain reserved land from conservation area to national park; and

(b) gives the name Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park to that reserved land resulting in an extension of the national park of that name previously declared.
