This proclamation declares –(a) that certain areas of land known as the Kingborough Urban Water District and the Kingborough Rural Water District cease to be water districts; and(b) certain land to be a water district and names that district Kingborough Water District; and(c) certain land to be a restricted supply water district and names that district Kingborough Restricted Supply Water District.
