EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the proclamation)

(a) alters the class of certain reserved land from conservation area to nature reserve; and

(b) gives the name Wingaroo Nature Reserve to that reserved land resulting in an extension of the nature reserve of that name previously declared.
