EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the order)

This order exempts a person from complying with certain sections of the Act in relation to –

(a) tobacco notices displayed on or near certain sales units; and

(b) tobacco images displayed on certain tobacco product vending machines; and

(c) tobacco products displayed in certain tobacco kiosks.
