EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the proclamation)

(a) revokes the proclamation notified in the Gazette as Statutory Rules 2000, No. 161; and

(b) fixes 7 November 2000 as the day on which sections 80, 82, 86 and 87 of the Local Government Amendment Act 1999 commence.
