This proclamation declares that the area of land declared to be a sanctuary in the proclamation notified in the Gazette on 12 September 1945 at page number 2055 and declared to be reserved land in the class of private sanctuary under the Regional Forest Agreement (Land Classification) Act 1998 ceases to be reserved land.
