EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) prescribe the competency requirements to be obtained by a person who wishes to carry out the functions of a crowd controller; and(b) prescribe the identification to be worn by a person when undertaking the functions of a crowd controller; and(c) make provision with respect to the register of crowd controllers required to be kept by employers of crowd controllers.
