EXPLANATORY NOTE

These regulations provide for –(a) the maximum amounts of water that may be taken by virtue of various rights conferred by the Water Management Act 1999 ; and(b) administrative, field management and other fees payable under the Act; and(c) the division of the State into regions for the purpose of assessing field management fees.
