Parliamentary Superannuation Regulations 1999

These regulations are administered in the Department of Treasury and Finance.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

(a) make provision in relation to –

(i) payments out of the Parliamentary Superannuation Fund; and

(ii) the review of decisions of the Parliamentary Superannuation and Retiring Benefits Trust made under the Parliamentary Superannuation Act 1973 ; and

(b) rescind the Parliamentary Superannuation Regulations 1975 .
