These regulations are administered in the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations make provision in relation to –

(a) taking and trading in wildlife and wildlife products; and

(b) hunting; and

(c) wildlife exhibitions and displays; and

(d) the specification of protected wildlife, partly protected wildlife and specially protected wildlife.
