National Parks and Reserved Land Regulations 1999

These regulations are administered in the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

(a) provide for the management of reserved land under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970 ; and

(b) prescribe offences and penalties relating to infringement notices and vehicle infringement notices; and

(c) provide for the imposition of charges –

(i) for admission to reserved land in certain classes; and

(ii) for the admission of vehicles to reserved land if the management plan so provides.
