These regulations –(a) regulate the taking and possession of fish, and the use of equipment, by holders of commercial licences; and(b) prescribe fees for the purposes of the Inland Fisheries Act 1995 ; and(c) prescribe offences by holders of commercial licences for the purposes of infringement notices.
