This proclamation fixes 30 April 1999 as the day on which Division 3 of Part 2 of, and Schedules 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 to, the Regional Forest Agreement (Land Classification) Act 1998 commence. The proclamation has the effect of commencing the sections referred to in sections 2(5) and (6) of that Act.
