EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the proclamation)

(a) declares parts of the Bridport Main Road to be limited access roads under section 52A of the Roads and Jetties Act 1935 ; and

(b) declares the places of access to those roads for the purposes of section 52B of that Act.
