EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the proclamation)

(a) declares an area of land in the municipal area of Southern Midlands to be a restricted supply water district; and

(b) names that restricted supply water district the Bagdad and Mangalore Restricted Supply Water District; and

(c) revokes an earlier proclamation.
