These regulations prescribe –(a) matters required or appropriated to be prescribed under the Co-operative Housing Societies Act 1963 in relation to the registration and incorporation of Co-operative Housing Societies, the records of those Societies and the register kept by the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies; and(b) forms to be used under that Act; and(c) fees payable under that Act.
