EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations make provision in relation to the following:

(a) obligations in relation to workplace hazards;

(b) employees' safety representatives;

(c) competency requirements;

(d) registration of assessors and plant inspectors;

(e) work injuries and accidents;

(f) the control of hazardous substances in the workplace;

(g) duties for the control of risk in the workplace.
