EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the order)

This order effects a restructuring of the State Service by –

(a) changing the name of certain Government departments; and

(b) amalgamating Government departments, State authorities and parts of Government departments –

(i) with other Government departments; and

(ii) to form Government departments.
