EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations  set, for the purposes of Part 6 of the Sentencing Act 1997 –

(a) the cost of a warrant of apprehension; and

(b) the cost of a warrant of commitment; and

(c) the amount of a prescribed unit.
