These regulations are administered in the Department of Primary Industry and Fisheries.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

(a) fees and charges payable in respect of matters under the Plant Quarantine Act 1997 ; and

(b) offences under the Act as offences in respect of which infringement notices may be issued; and

(c) the penalties payable in respect of those offences on the issue of the infringement notices; and

(d) the requirements and procedures for the purpose of the Act.
