EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the proclamation)

(a) declares that a certain portion of road ceases to be a State highway; and

(b) declares that a certain portion of road and certain roads cease to be subsidiary roads; and

(c) amends an earlier proclamation; and

(d) revokes 2 earlier proclamations.
