EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the order)

This order-in-council amends the Public Works Tender Board Order 1997  –

(a) by removing the requirement that a proportion of the members of the Public Works Tender Board are to be drawn from the private sector and the remainder are to be Government employees;and

(b) by substituting the provision relating to the remuneration of members.
