This proclamation –(a) fixes 21 April 1998 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than sections 1, 2, 24, 25, 26 and 27 and Schedules 2 and 3, commence; and(b) fixes 1 July 1998 as the day on which section 26(1) and (2) of that Act commences.
