EXPLANATORY NOTE

These regulations amend the Public Health (Food Hygiene) Regulations 1977 –(a) by adopting standards relating to the protection of meat and the cleanliness of butcher's shops; and(b) byamending provisions relating to the sale of fresh fish; and(c) by amending provisions relating to milk and dairy products; and(d) by providing that a municipal health surveyor may approve a vehicle to be used for the delivery of both bread and milk; and(e) by rescinding certain provisions.
