Poisons (Specified Substances) Revocation Order 2023

I make the following order under section 59A of the Poisons Act 1971 .

Minister for Health

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Poisons (Specified Substances) Revocation Order 2023 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Legislation revoked

The legislation specified in Schedule 1 is revoked.

4.   Expiry of order

This order is revoked on the first anniversary of the day on which this order took effect.
