Appropriation (Supplementary Appropriation for 2021-22) Act 2022
An Act for the appropriation of $441 739 000 out of the Public Account for the services of the Government for the financial year ending on 30 June 2022

Be it enacted by Her Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Supplementary Appropriation for 2021-22) Act 2022 .
This Act is taken to have commenced on 1 July 2021.
For the purposes of this Act Capital Services means (a) public works or property required for public purposes; or(b) a loan authorised by law;Operating Services means the ordinary annual services of the Government.
4. Issue, application and appropriation of $441 739 000
(1) In respect of the financial year ending on 30 June 2022, the Treasurer may (a) issue the sum of $441 739 000 out of the Public Account; and(b) apply that sum for the services of the Government.(2) The sum specified in subsection (1)(a) is appropriated.
The sum specified in section 4(1)(a) is to be applied for the purposes specified in Schedule 1 and detailed in the agency information in support of the estimates for the financial year ending on 30 June 2022.
This Act expires on 30 June 2023.
