Evidence (Audio and Audio Visual Links) Regulations 2018
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Evidence (Audio and Audio Visual Links) Act 1999 .21 May 2018

These regulations may be cited as the Evidence (Audio and Audio Visual Links) Regulations 2018 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations Act means the Evidence (Audio and Audio Visual Links) Act 1999 .
The following tribunals are prescribed as Tasmanian courts for the purposes of the definition of Tasmanian court in section 3 of the Act:(a) Asbestos Compensation Tribunal;(b) Forest Practices Tribunal;(c) Guardianship and Administration Board;(d) Health Practitioners Tribunal;(e) Legal Profession Disciplinary Tribunal;(f) Mental Health Tribunal;(g) Motor Accidents Compensation Tribunal;(h) Property Agents Tribunal;(i) Resource Management and Planning Appeal Tribunal;(j) Tasmanian Industrial Commission;(k) Tasmanian Planning Commission;(l) the Tribunal constituted under section 12 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1998 ;(m) Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Tribunal.
The legislation specified in Schedule 1 is rescinded.
