Plumbers and Gas-fitters Registration (Rescission) Regulations 2010
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Occupational Licensing Act 2005 .

These regulations may be cited as the Plumbers and Gas-fitters Registration (Rescission) Regulations 2010 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which the Occupational Licensing (Plumbing Work) Regulations 2010 commence.
The legislation specified in Schedule 1 is rescinded.
