Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order (No. 2) 2022

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 4 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order (No. 2) 2022 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on 1 August 2022.

3.   Principal Order

In this order, the Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 3) 2022 is referred to as the Principal Order.

4.    Schedule 1 amended (Administration of enactments)

Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting Part 1 and substituting the following Part:
PART 1 - Minister for Aboriginal Affairs

(b) by omitting Part 6 and substituting the following Part:

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

This order is administered in the Department of Premier and Cabinet.

This order amends the Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 3) 2022 by making the Department of Premier and Cabinet the department responsible for the legislation that is administered by either the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, the Minister for Disability Services or the Minister for Veterans' Affairs.
