Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order 2018

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 4(1) of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order 2018 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Principal Order

In this order, the Administrative Arrangements Order 2018 is referred to as the Principal Order.

4.    Schedule 1 amended (Administration of Enactments)

Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended by omitting

Tasmanian Community Fund Act 2005

from Part 6 and substituting:

DEPARTMENT OF PREMIER AND CABINET

Tasmanian Community Fund Act 2005

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

Notified in the Gazette on 9 April 2018
