Financial Management and Audit Order 2014
I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 5(3) of the Financial Management and Audit Act 1990 .

This order may be cited as the Financial Management and Audit Order 2014 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Financial Management and Audit Act 1990 is referred to as the Principal Act.
4. Schedule 1 substituted
Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is repealed and the following Schedule is substituted:SCHEDULE 1 - Agencies to Which this Act AppliesSections 3 , 5 and 27 (5)

This order (a) substitutes a new Schedule 1 to the Financial Management and Audit Act 1990 which contains a list of Agencies to which that Act applies; and(b) revokes the previous order made under section 5(3) of that Act.
