EXPLANATORY NOTE

These regulations –(a) prescribe $50 000 as the amount for the purposes of section 8(5)(e) of the Public Account Act 1986 ; and(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Public Account Regulations 2004 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
